Posts: 16 21-Apr-2008 20:41	Tags : None I have subscribed to A C F for about 5 years always delivered on time with no problems apart form when they have a free gift cover mounted. This month there was supposed to be a spool of line with the mag and a voucher for money off further purchases of the line. My mag did not have it. I have emailed the mag and was sent a copy of an email sent to the subscriptions department who are supposed to sort out these problems but nowt else has happened in over a week. Only a letter telling me to renew my subscription for an other year. The letter is in the bin. I am better off buying it from the local paper shop they had the line on the ones they had.

Posts: 4610 21-Apr-2008 21:08 Human Plummet	That's one of the pitfalls of subscribing,you guarantee the mag but not the gift turning up sometimes you have to wait well over the time limit for your mag/paper to arrive as well that's why i always bye my mags/papers every week/month from the newsagents some of the customer care services is pathetic that you get makes you wonder why you bother at times
