This time round...after getting it all wrong the last time i fished Himley Hall i managed to get the number 15 peg and with worm hookbait got into some nice
perch....if i had taken some red maggots i think i could have done better but not complaining though....plenty of small about 6/10 oz weight perch and one big
one but i could not land it...that was again down to me all fingers and thumbs and it dropped off before i could get the net under it(the one that got away)but
at least i know that if i can get in that spot i can still do business....lets hope the weather picks up and i am sure the place will play ball even
more.........the tench are waiting to come on the feed i know and the big roach will soon be showing if this year is like any other year so can't
wait.........so untill next time

Well done Stan, I thought I was the only one with more thumbs than fingers when it comes to landing fish :D Still I think it is traditional to have one get
away as then you always have something to wonder about. It is an odd thing, I sometimes find it easier to remember the big ones I have lost than the big ones I
have landed :D
